An alternative personal health record, Lucy,  is available through My Sanford Chart.  Haven’t activated your My Sanford Chart account yet? Then you’re missing out on these other great online features:

• Email your care team

To get access to these great features, please visit www.mysanfordchart.org, to either sign-up for an account or create a Lucy Personal Health Record through your existing My Sanford Chart account.
